PROFILE:
Function description (roles / accountabilities):
Assist the sales process and reach specific product target through following activities:
· Provide technical assistance to the sales team· Providing on-line or on-site technical support to the customers· Responsible for demonstration, installation and training of LMS Test.Lab and Test.Xpress products · Provide customers the products discussion and demonstrations, check and confirm the proposal from sales based on the customer requirements, execute benchmarking · Provide the sales team the products training and support internally, to increase the sales capability on products and competitors· Provide the product level support to the marketing team, to make better market awareness· Fast and clear communication between HQ and LMS China on product base to master the newest LMS technology
Desired
[*]Master degree or above, preferably with major in mechanics, structural dynamics, noise & vibration, etc.
[*]Experience: Having worked for above 2 years in the field of NVH testing, Structural Dynamics, modal testing. Automotive or Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
[*]Familiar with LMS test products (e.g. CADA-X, Test.Lab) or relevant knowledge of similar products (e.g. B&K, NI) is preferred
[*]Specific technical competencies:
[*]Good knowledge of vibrations & acoustics
[*]Knowledge of the Windows operating system, MS Office

[*]More sales sense
[*]Self-motivated
[*]Fast learner
· Good communication skills and teamwork spirit · Strong English skills · Prepared to do extensive traveling.
