Conference Proceedings
The final papers are due by the Early Bird deadline, February 1, 2008.   Papers are required from all presenters at the Conference.
Once an abstract has been accepted, the author will be asked to submit a 6-10 page paper to be published in the Conference proceedings.Papers are required from all presenters at the Conference.Papers must adhere to ASCE’s publication formats. Detailed guidelines for paper preparation will be provided to all authors whose abstracts are accepted.
All presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and indexed in Engineering Index (EI).
Authors whose abstracts are accepted and who submit a final paper are expected to attend the Conference, pay appropriate fees, and make their presentation(s) in person. To provide diversity in presentation and accommodate as many individual presenters as possible, a one-person/one-presentation policy will be observed.Visit Speakers/Moderators for more details.
A book of abstracts will be published and made available at the Conference site. Conference proceedings will be published and mailed after the Conference.
Journal of Aerospace EngineeringAn expanded and revised version of the Conference paper may be submitted to the publication in the Division journal – ASCE Journal of Aerospace Engineering for possible publication. Outstanding papers are encouraged to be reviewed for the ASCE Journal of Aerospace Engineering.
Under extenuating circumstances, if an individual whose abstract has been accepted is unable to submit the paper on time for publication in the proceedings, he/she may still present the paper at the Conference by registering to attend the Conference by the Early-Bird deadline, February 1, 2008.

Best Paper Awards Several best paper awards will be selected by the Technical Committee and the Aerospace Division’s Technical committees, and they will be presented in the conference banquette.
QuestionsQuestions regarding an abstract, paper, or presentation may be directed to the Symposia/Workshop Chairs.Visit Steering Committee for their contact information
