The Machinery Diagnostics Field Engineer (MD FE) plays a key role for our customers
by providing expert advice on their problems stemming from the operation of their machinery. While
our core competency is vibration analysis, we may use oil analysis, thermography, current analysis
or investigation into operating conditions to provide our customers with recommendations on
correction. In this position, you will:
Primary Responsibilities:
Diagnose machinery problems based upon: vibration data, operational data, and
customer communications
React to customer required travel in a timely manner, while bringing all required
diagnostic equipment
Complete documentation of findings / recommendations
Maintain professional communications with customer and other team members
Perform asset management studies
Assess job site safety
Understand T&C commitments
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability and willingness to travel on short notice, up to 70%, as required
Desired:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Black Belt or Green Belt Certified (GE Employees only)
Project management skills
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office software
Mechanical trouble shooting skills with a "Hands-on approach"
Demonstrate authority and assurance dealing with people
Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts to
business and technical personnel
Ability to work under stressful working conditions
Ability to read, interpret, and understand mechanical prints
Knowledge of rotating machinery operation and controls systems
Knowledge of machinery protection and management systems
Knowledge of Bently Nevada products and services
Minimum of 3 years of vibration analysis or 5 years industry (energy and/or oil
& gas) experience
Basic familiarity with computer network systems

一般需要到GE的招聘网站中去找。但我的体会是很多职位还是得靠直接招聘经理自己找，靠HR太难，大部分的职位还是在朋友中招到的，所以圈子很重要。
我通过振动论坛招到一个了，发现这个途径也不错。

是的呀，我的学历不是太高，英文不好，不过在中国干活就好了，想抽换个工作，不过没有待遇合适的 本帖最后由 hsz110 于 2011-3-22 22:36 编辑
