用斜率（位移梯度）去描述无限小转动或有限转动，怎么就会使斜率（位移梯度）线性化了？

我在一篇文章中看到这样一段：In the finite element literature, beams and plates are not treated as isoparametric elements because the displacement gradients at the nodes are used to describe infinitesimal rotations. Such a linearization of the slopes leads to incorrect rigid body equations of motion when the beams and plates rotate as rigid bodies.

这几天通过看书，我理解下来应该是这个意思：斜率应该等于无限小转动的正切，因为是无限小转动，为了计算方便，认为斜率就等于无限小转动，从而线性化了斜率。
