圆柱体的网格划分

请问一下大家，如图的结构如何网格划分才不会出现错误？
单元类型为 SOLID45 体单元，弹性模量 E=210GPa，密度ρ =7880kg/m3，泊松比σ =0.3；

把你的错误现象描述一下。

我是想把一个圆柱体加上面那块的一个杆进行网格划分，然后我用映射网格化分，整体不行，把圆柱与上面那块分开，圆柱可以映射划分，但是上面那块一直出现错误：shape testing that 10 of the 380 new or modified elements violate shape waring limits. to view test results ,please see the output file or issue the check command.
