.dll文件是用delphi编的

试试直接调用。我对 delphi 的 dll 不懂，但C++的直接调用就可以了

我用loadlibrary函数调用dll
出现如下错误：
Mex file entry point is missing. Please check the (case-sensitive)
spelling of mexFunction (for C MEX-files), or the (case-insensitive)
spelling of MEXFUNCTION (for FORTRAN MEX-files).
??? Invalid MEX-file

函数名我没写错啊。。。。

当作 matlab 的函数直接调用，前提是在你的工作目录下，或者已经加入到 matlab 的默认搜索路径下。对于后者，请参阅关于添加工具箱的精华贴
