为啥我的matlab中的mbuild 和 mex设置一直都完不成

使用的是matlab r2006a，下面是我的设置过程与报错结果，不知道哪不对啊，弄了一天也没弄出个所以来，各位大牛，先谢谢了！

没有遇到过，上 mathworks 主页找找解决办法吧。必要时重装一下，无论是 BCB 或是 matlab
