【求助】布尔操作的错误问题

我在进行体运算的时候，老是出现错误，后来经过使用命令btol,0.01后有些错误消失，还有的继续出现如下错误提示：
Boolean operation failed.  Try adjusting the tolerance value on the     
BTOL command to some fraction of the minimum keypoint distance.Model   
Size (current problem) 1.955364e+005, current BTOL setting              
1.000000e-002, minimum KPT distance 2.000000e+000.
继续将btol值改大仍然出现。谁遇到过这种情况啊？
我认为是两体的尺寸相差过大导致，有没有高人知道如何改进啊？

如果模型是从其他软件导入的，这个问题就不好解决。修改模型，或者用其他节点耦合的放。

模型是在ansys中建的，请问如何修改呢？能不能讲的详细一点，谢谢！
