fluent单机多核并行运算出错

在初始化后进行迭代，总出现以下错误。
The Parallel FLUENT process could not be started.
        cells....,
        cells....,
Process [0] exited with status [-1]
Process [1] exited with status [-1]
Process [2] exited with status [259]

貌似并行运算无法启动，但是并行计算别的case就可以。这是为什么呢？
我计算的是管内流体换热，管长为2m的时候就可以，但是我增加管长到5m，网格数并未增加（5m的网格数和2m的一样），就会出现上述错误。请教高手，非常感谢！

还有，单核运算会出现以下错误
Error:
FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION)
1. Note exact events leading to error.
2. Save case/data under new name.
3. Exit program and restart to continue.
4. Report error to your distributor.
