求助：下面这个关于混编的问题怎么解决

在matlab里调用vc时，总是出错。我 已经设置了编译器。但运行时总是出现错误。

运行时就出现：'h264encoder' 不是内部或外部命令，也不是可运行的程序
或批处理文件。
该命令处是：str_cmd = ['!h264encoder -d h264enc.cfg -p InputFile=',fin,' -p FramesToBeEncoded=',str_fnum,' -p QPISlice=',str_qp];
eval(str_cmd);
h264encoder是可执行文件。
都快一个月了，还没找到原因，电脑系统重装了两次，中间又一次正确了。可后面怎么也不正确，请求大家给予帮助。谢谢啦！

有没有知道的，请帮个忙。如果这个问题解决不了，没法继续后面的学习。希望大家多多帮助一下！
