2.0 JOB SUMMARY
Identifies market opportunity, develops business plans and implements key market and customer activities for the Reliability Systems and other specific product or customer groups of responsibility. The main objective to achieve is profitable business development according to the company strategy and targets for the specific industry, including Power and HPI.
3.0 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3.1 Education
- Bachelor degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, marketing or equivalent
3.2 Knowledge / Skills
- Knowledge of marketing principles and finding / developing new business opportunities
- Sufficient technical and application engineering knowledge to identify and develop opportunities
- Good presentation, planning, problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin both written and spoken
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in cross functional teams
3.3 Specific Experience
- Proven experience in Reliability Systems, especially Condition Monitoring selling and application
- Has strong knowledge and experience in working with condition monitoring equipment
- Has experience in vibration measurement and analysis, diagnosis and data and software management
- Maintenance planning and reliability knowledge, CMMS concepts
4.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Participates actively in all quality improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
 Plans and implements successful and effective marketing strategies / program and activities to drive and achieve the sales targets in related areas.
 Analyzes and reports business development trends with market opportunity and identifies areas for business expansion
 Liaises with other business teams and local distributors to deliver SKF ‘s solution products and services to support customer in Asset Efficiency Optimization (AEO).
 Makes available the appropriate promotion, presentation and training materials
 Collects market and competition information and reports
 Produces product/segment related literature and presentations in local language
