A semiconductor company based in Beijing is in need of a Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) equipment Engineer with very competitive salary and other benefits.

职位简述：
1. 使用半导体镀膜CVD设备进行化合物半导体外延薄膜的生长；
2. 半导体镀膜设备CVD设计、管理与设备施工方案编制；
3. 对厂商设备设计的审定及施工图纸审核；
4. 与厂商进行设备、设施的洽谈、采购、调试与验收，施工过程中的质量与工程进度控制；
5. 设备、设施的安装与维护；
Job Description:
1. Perform epi-layer growth of compound semiconductor using CVD equipments;
2. Design and manage semiconductor CVD equipment, prepare plans for CVD equipment assembly;
3. Examine and verify the equipment designs and construction drawings from manufacturers;
4. Negotiate with manufacturers to purchase equipments, check the quality before accepting the equipment; Control the progress of equipment manufacturing and installation;
5. Install and regularly maintain the equipments.

任职条件：
1.教育背景：机电、机械、电子、自动化、半导体材料、流体力学等相关专业，本科及以上学历，具有PECVD、LPCVD、MOCVD设备使用、安装、调试实际经验者优先。
2.工作经验：3年以上半导体设备、设计院从业经验，有设备、设施设计、维护及管理工作经验。
Qualifications:
1. Education background: electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering, automation, semiconductor materials, fluid dynamics and other related degree, bachelor’s degree or above, prior practical experience of PECVD, LPCVD, MOCVD equipments is preferred.
2. Work experience: 3+ years experiences in semiconductor equipment or engineering project design industry, experiences of designing, maintaining and managing semiconductor equipments.

知识/技能：
1. 熟悉相关的设计法规、设计标准、设备安装施工规范、施工验收规范等行业规范； 
2. 熟悉机械原理，有一定机械故障处理经验、机械设计和机械维护经验，熟悉设备保养、维护流程及规范和标准； 
3. 熟练运用专业技术软件：CAD等其他与半导体设备设计相关的绘图软件和通用办公软件。

knowledge/skills:
1. Be familiar with the design regulations, design standards, equipment installation ,construction rules.
2. Be familiar with the mechanical principles, have the experience of handling mechanical failure, equipments design and maintenance, And well know the equipments maintenance procedures, specifications and standards.
3. Skilled in using CAD and other related technical drawing software and general office software for semiconductor equipment design.
