Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM<BR>    (mixed mode)<BR>  Default Charset:  ibm-1386_P100-2002<BR>请问,是什么原因,如何解决?</P>

<P>This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds: <BR><BR>We have verified that there is a bug in the Bioinformatics Toolbox in the way that the AFFYREAD function handles CDF files. <BR><BR>To work around this issue, download the attached version of the M-file and DLL-file. Here are the required steps: <BR><BR>1. Quit MATLAB<BR><BR>2. Rename the following M-file and DLL-file: <BR>$MATLAB\toolbox\bioinfo\microarray\affyread.m <BR>$MATLAB\toolbox\bioinfo\microarray\private\affymex.dll <BR>(where $MATLAB is the MATLAB root directory on your machine, as returned by typing <BR><CODE>matlabroot<BR></CODE>at the MATLAB command prompt.)<BR><BR>Rename the files to affyread.m.old and affymex.dll.old<BR><BR>3. Download the attached file(s). Place the new file(s) in the same directory mentioned in step 2. <BR><BR>4. Restart MATLAB <BR><BR>5.
