用ANSYS提取刚度质量矩阵的时候报错，求高手帮忙看看

   seopt, massstiffness,2,1  !设置文件名称和刚度矩阵类型(刚度，质量) , 2 means extract mass and stiffness
   nsel, all                 !选择所有节点
   m,all, all                !定义所有节点自由度为主自由度         
   /output, massstiffness    !输出到masstiffness文件名
   solve                     !求解   
   finish
