我的是两个铆钉铆接两块蒙皮。建模和划分网格的命令流见附件。两块蒙皮,一端全约束,一端受向外的拉力100MPA。分析铆钉和蒙皮连接处的应力情况。这些天来被铆钉和蒙皮之间的接触折磨,所以跪求大神们解决... 我设的单元类型是:蒙皮solid185,铆钉solid92,target170,contact174. 网格:蒙皮是HEX/SWEEP,铆钉是TET/FREE。
但接触设置时,真心不知道怎么设置。 铆钉杆和铆孔之间是:rough, bond,还是no separation? 铆钉头和尾与两块蒙皮的面接触是又该怎么选择?
之前试了很多次,求解总是出现问题。要不就是求解出来的等效应力太大,不符合实际情况;要么就是有一块蒙皮没有应力变化。 不知道到底哪里出问题了....由于刚学习这个ansys不久,实在找不到解决的方向。
请大神们能给出详细解决办法,如果好心的大神们,能发给我解决这个问题的命令流,小弟不甚感激!
