<P >  版主及各位高手们,我要做的是模拟碳酸钙在壁面析出随着时间的变化规律,查了许多资料也没有找到相似的算例,我已经被卡<FONT face="Times New Roman">N</FONT>天了,请各位帮帮忙,看看有什么办法。<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">  问题描述:一圆管放于水浴槽内,管径为<st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="0.02" UnitName="m">0.02m</st1:chmetcnv></FONT>,碳酸钙溶液在圆管内流动,溶液温度保持<FONT face="Times New Roman">37</FONT>度,流速保持<FONT face="Times New Roman"><st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="0.2" UnitName="m">0.2m</st1:chmetcnv>/s</FONT>,管外为水浴,内有加热棒,持续加热,保证管壁温度保持<FONT face="Times New Roman">60</FONT>度不变,从而构成热交换系统,开始时管壁上没有碳酸钙析出,经过时间<FONT face="Times New Roman">t</FONT>后,由于管壁处温度高,会在管壁面上析出碳酸钙,随着析出的碳酸钙的厚度的增加,管径越来越小,从而使管壁处碳酸钙的沉积率,脱落率的变化,根据公式,进而又影响了沉积质量的变化,用公式<FONT face="Times New Roman">x<SUB>f</SUB>=M/</FONT>ρ知,析出的碳酸钙的又厚度增加了,这样就构成了迭代。如下面的流程图。我要做的是,模拟析出的碳酸钙的厚度的增加随着时间的变化规律。</P>

这是问题的描述,还有我想请教一下,我想模拟的碳酸钙沉积中,我考虑碳酸钙沉积只是由于流体与壁面温度不同,所以溶解度不同,其它的不考虑,我想问,是不是不用两相流的模型,只用单相流模型就行了呢?谢谢你们的帮助!
