[其他软件] 基于有限单元法的轮胎噪声计算实例分享

编者按:轮胎噪声属于学术难点之一,本文是一个基于有限单元法的轮胎噪声计算实例,其采用的是sysnoise软件,虽然sysnoise已经改版为Virtual.Lab,但是其内核没有变化,设置上有所调整,功能上有所增强,但是本文的基本分析思路仍然值得借鉴。

Step 1:Create a FEM fluid model

Start LMS Sysnoise

File->New.

  • Name: Tire

  • File: tire_ifem.sdb


Model->Option.

  • Select ‘FEM Frequency Fluid’

Step 2:Import the mesh

File->Import.

  • Set the Data Type to Mesh, Format to Free, click the FileBoxbutton to browse the CAR3DFEM.fre file.


Geometry->Check Mesh.

Step 3:Definition of face sets

Change the environment variable FEATRUEANGLE to 30

Geometry →Sets →Faces Selections

  • Click the button to select an element of tire profile


Repeat to create fem-ifeminterface set

Step 4:Definition of the infinite properties

Model →Infinite

Order:3

Envelope Type:Ellipsoidal

Orignin:(-0.318,0,0)

Vector 1(0.4,0,0)

Vector 2(0,0,-0.4)

Vector 3(0,0.1,0)

Model->Fluid Properties.

Accept the default values.

Step 5:Definition of the boundary condition

Model →Vibrating Panels →FEA.

  • First select the interface set, second set the frequency range to 20 to 400 linstep20 and the filename with displ.fre,thirdselect Use other file and tire_mesh.frefile

Step 6:Compute the acoustic field

Inquire → Fmaximum

Analysis → Parameters

Analysis → Solve

  • set the frequency range to 20 to 400 linstep20

Step 7:Import and process the field points

File →Import .

  • Set the Data Type to Point and Format to Free, Select the file ‘fp.fre’

PostProcess→ColorMap

谢谢分享,这个是比较老的sysnoise教程了,可以用同样的流程在Virtual.Lab里面计算。
