Inside Sales Engineer - Shanghai

The position

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Engineer for our HBK China Physical Test Commercial Team in Shanghai.

This job will provide you with an opportunity to further your career alongside some of the best and most passionate technology experts from around the world in a leading company within the test, measurement and data analytics industry. You will be a strong contributor collaborating closely with colleagues from various business functions.

Primary responsibilities

You will be responsible for customer communication for contract terms and conditions, Sales Channel Partner(SCP) management, intermediary application and management, quotation creating, weekly report, commercial data analysis, communication and collaboration with other function teams.

You will report to HBK China PT Inside Sales Director.




Your daily work includes:

  • Small sales orders handling
  • Service projects handling
  • SCP management
  • Other assignments per request




Professional qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher degree in automotive, mechanical engineering, signal processing.
  • Further you have min. 5 years of documented experience.




Personal skills

  • CET-6, fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent commercial understanding
  • Excellent phone communication
  • Excellent communication skills, well organized and self-motivated
  • Customer focused with active attitude and passion to achieve high performance
  • Familiar with the systems such as Salesforce, MS CRM and SAP
  • Proficient at Office software for daily work

Ways to stand out from the crowd

  • Certificate of MS Office
  • Excellent commercial data processing and analysis skills
  • Channel management experience

您的日常工作包括:

  • 小额销售订单处理
  • 服务项目处理
  • SCP管理
  • 根据要求完成其他任务




专业资格

汽车、机械工程、信号处理学士或以上学历。

此外,你至少有5年的实际工作经验。




个人技能

  • 英语六级,读写和口语流利
  • 出色的商业理解能力
  • 出色的电话沟通技能
  • 优秀的沟通技巧、良好的组织能力和自我激励能力
  • 以客户为中心,以积极的态度和激情实现高绩效
  • 熟悉Salesforce、MS CRM和SAP等系统
  • 精通办公软件进行日常工作
