Abstract:Based on onsite vibration characteristic tests of 300 MW turbogenerators, a calculating method suitable to dynamic balance is worked out, and representative coefficients that affect dynamic balancing are optimized. According to rotor dynamics and the experience of vibration tests of 300 MW turbogenerators, the diagnosis logic for abnormal unit vibration is sorted out, and a diagnostic calculating software for dynamic balancing is compiled by using Visual Basic.NET language. This system has friendly manmachine interface and selftaught function. The software of the system can be incessantly selfimproved in use.
