参看边缘检测技术、闭合边界技术和轮廓提取方面的资料
用canny算子检测得到的边界图见附图，还需要进行边界的修补然后提取轮廓
根据你的要求再自己加些东西进去吧

detector
Function [im_new] = im_edge_canny (org_im,
sigma, HTV, LTV);
where org_im is the input image, sigma is
Gaussian kernel, HTV is high threshold value
and LTV is low threshold value.
