MPhil/PhD Studentship"Nonlinear Time Series Analysis, Complex Systems and Networks" I am looking for a reasearch student for either a two-year MPhil or three-year PhD studentship. Applicants intested in all areas of applied nonlinear time series analysis and/or complex networks will be considered. You should have a strong background in mathematics, physics or engineering and highly competent/confident in programming and numerical analysis. My current research projects include studies of cortical synapse dynamics, neuronal information processing, epidemiology on complex networks, and general methods for the analysis of nonlinear time series. If you are interested, please email me with a brief description of yourself (a CV) and your preferred area(s) of research.
