【求助】Excessive incremental rotation of element 的原因和解决方法

本人用ABAQUS做拉伸模拟
然而在交予job运行后出现error
查询sta文件提示为：
***ERROR: Excessive incremental rotation of element number 64 of instance
      BLANK-1.

***ERROR: Excessive incremental rotation of element number 65 of instance
      BLANK-1.

***ERROR: Excessive incremental rotation of element number 66 of instance
      BLANK-1.

***ERROR: Excessive incremental rotation of element number 67 of instance
      BLANK-1.

***ERROR: Excessive incremental rotation of element number 68 of instance
      BLANK-1.

***ERROR: Excessive incremental rotation of element number 69 of instance
      BLANK-1.

***ERROR: Excessive incremental rotation of element number 70 of instance
      BLANK-1.

***ERROR: Excessive incremental rotation of element number 71 of instance
      BLANK-1.

这么一行的单元都Excessive incremental rotation of element

我的问题是：Excessive incremental rotation of element 是指材料设置单元有问题还是需要给这些单元增加额外的边界条件进行束缚？

体单元有转动

在求解过程中，单元扭曲过于严重而导致计算停止，一般都是在接触、碰撞分析模拟中会有这种问题。建议对模型网格从新划分，并精细处理。

我也碰到同样的问题，但是壳单元尺寸已经和厚度一样了，材料也没问题，但是就是算不下去。
