hello, everybody, now i have a problem about the slip frequency about the motor, i do not know how to calculate this frequency, and what is mean about this?

Thank you for everybody to talking this problem, and another problem is that what is the "sideband" mean? if it can translate it to 边带? And if the sideband analysis is equale to the slip frequency analysis? Hope somebody give me answer. Thank you!
