失效模式与效果分析(FMEA)和故障后果与危害度分析(FMECA)是对产品、过程进行潜在失效评估的方法,用以估算失效导致的风险度,分析危害度,并采取相应的纠正措施以避免造成严重后果。

Xfmea 标准版支持所有主要的FMEA / FMECA 分析标准,包括Design FMEA (DFMEA),Process FMEA (PFMEA), Machinery FMEA (MFMEA),Criticality Analysis (FMECA)等等。

风险评估:RPN和危害度分析
Xfmea 标准版支持Risk Priority Number (RPN)排列和危害度分析,包括初始和修正RPN的自动计算和"roll-up"功能。该软件具有多种已定义的针对Severity、Occurrence和Detection的rating scales,您也可以自行定义和管理数据自己的rating scales。另外,能够自动计算Mode Criticality和Item Criticalityt,生成危害度分析报告和图表,支持SAE J1739、AIAG FMEA-3、MIL-STD-1629A 和其他FMEA / FMECA 标准的风险评估。
措施管理和多用户操作
Xfmea 标准版允许定义和管理经分析确定的校正措施,措施管理选项包括自动发送通知邮件、过程追踪报告和图表、当前控制情况报告等。
